Refund policy

The rule

30 days, unworn, any reason. Printed and chain-stitched pieces alike. Tags on, unwashed, in the condition it arrived in.

How

• Start with the contact form — order number and what's coming back.
• We send a return label. The label cost is deducted from the refund unless the return is our error.
• Refund goes to the original payment method once the piece checks in, typically within a few business days of arrival.

Exchanges

Size exchanges work the same way and are subject to stock — runs are small on purpose. If your size is gone, it's a refund.

Not returnable

• Worn or washed pieces.
• Drinkware that has been used.
• Anything sold in sealed packaging once the seal is broken.

Something arrived wrong

Wrong item, damaged in transit, or a fault in the piece: tell us inside 30 days and we cover the return both ways. Send a photo with the first message and it moves faster.
