Where we ship

Nationwide across the United States. International shipping is not offered yet.

Rates

• Free US shipping over $75.
• Standard — $8, arriving in about 3–5 business days.
• Express — $15, arriving in about 1–2 business days.

Delivery windows are the carrier's estimate from the day the parcel leaves us, not a guarantee.

Processing

In-stock pieces are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend or a holiday start on the next business day.

Drop pieces ship on the schedule announced with the drop. Where a cap is chain-stitched to order, its product page says so and adds the stitching time before it ships.

Tracking

Every shipment gets a tracking number by email when the label is created. If tracking has not moved in five business days, message us and we will chase the carrier.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us before the label is created and we will fix it; after that it has to come back to us first.
