Who you're buying from

This store is operated by Practically Natty LLC, Tallahassee, Florida. These terms govern purchases made here.

Orders and pricing

• An order is accepted when we confirm shipment, not when payment is taken.
• Obvious pricing errors can be cancelled and refunded in full before shipment.
• Drop pieces are limited runs; we may cap quantities per customer to keep a drop fair.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is shown at checkout.

The product

Everything here is apparel and accessories. Colour on a screen is never an exact match for dye and thread in daylight, and garment-dyed cotton varies slightly batch to batch — that is the process, not a fault.

The mark

The PNP script and the Practically Natty arch are trademarks of Practically Natty LLC. Buying a piece licenses you to wear it hard, not to reproduce the mark.

Liability

To the extent Florida law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the piece. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not let us limit.
